Welcome to 2012! We’ve updated the graphic a bit and completed ALL the abstracts for the activities, icons and artifact icons on the Big Picture, so this is the official announcement of Beta 1 (wave off the fanfare, we’re just a bunch of techies here…even the exclamation mark was a stretch, but one has to celebrate the little victories).

In addition, there are currently six Detail pages: Developers and Testers, Roadmap, Vision, Hardening, Agile Teams and Iteration. One big, unanticipated, change was that that we had to move the site to a hosting provider that actually worked. (Yeah, its just a website, and one would think by now…..deleted editorial comments and serious griping here). The new site is far more responsive and behaves the way one would expect.

Check the Roadmap for a look at upcoming events. One additional note, the upper left corner of each page will eventually have a “Nav icon” intended to keep one from getting vertigo as they drill down into the details. Not sure exactly when we’ll be getting those in place, but I’d guess in the next couple of weeks.
